(February 7, 2018, 2:38 am)Hiitgirl is an active exercise class with a good combination of cardio and weights. Wai is one of my favorite teacher who can motivate me and she brings a lot of fun to the class. You’ll be sure to leave the class feeling good!
(February 6, 2018, 2:16 pm)Such a great workout, i have been coming a few years after trying different places around the city but this place is transformational - v friendly, great workouts which are efficient and different every time, i feel like i’ve had a proper workout and do more than if i had spent an hour in the gym. Recommend this place if you’re serious about getting fit, Wai is very inspirational and one of the best fitness trainers i have come across!
