“I've used these guys many times over the years and they've always been helpful decent people. Vans are not brand new but they are in good working order and are priced fairly. I was surprised to see their rating was only 3.5 so I decided to read the reviews. In short, one of the seemingly unjust negative reviews seems to have got his friends to rate Popular Van Hire negatively aswell. I say this because they're in the same month. )that explains to me why they're not as high as they should be. If you read the reviews from 5 months ago you'll see what I mean. Anyway I rarely write reviews but it really annoys me that people can be dishonest and then try to screw a small company over when they don't get their way. I haven't needed to use them for a while (though I may need them this week) but if you need a van then they're a great company to have local.”

“Friendly staff, efficient and reliable. Good selection of cars. I’ve only had one issue once with hiring which was over a toll charge but they sorted that out in the end. Cars could be cheaper but that goes for all car rental companies.”

“Just had my tattoo done, I love it, They designed it for my friend and I as we had matching tattoos they done such a good job and designed it better than we could of imagined they included everything we asked for, We are so pleased with the out come would definitely recommend them and would go back there for future tattoos, The people are so nice and friendly and had such a laugh with them, Don't understand what that negative comment was about on here because they are so professional and really good at their job.”
