Exceptionally friendly staff offered really candid and helpful advice and made our 14 week old puppy (and me!) feel really relaxed. The quality of the clean and groom were excellent and all products used were very pet friendly. They also have an fantastic range of products in their store to choose from. Definitely worth supporting a local independent store as the quality of stock and service surpasses the big stores! Why would you want to go anywhere else!”

“There had been an outbreak of bed bugs which we read about on the day of arrival, thankfully we didn't get bitten so had probably got them killed. Could have done without reports about bugs around the day before arrival. The hotel is a bit tired. Being spruced up but obviously only so much you can do. No power point by the bed for charging your device up. WiFi free, basic service but fine thou. Does time out as they do in all Premier Inns. Parking free, but was busy, we got in thou. Beefeater busy but again got in and got a good table. Went to bed thinking about bugs.”
