“Was introduced to Shane from fit in 4 by a friend. I've been recovering from a nasty accident so I wanted to really step it up and find out how to rehabilitate my body. Shane was fantastic giving everyone clear instructions and what to do/what not to do. The amount of knowledge I gathered under Shane's guide is irreplaceable. It's only been 2 weeks but I feel stronger already. The gym space is well equipped, parking is available and fit in 4's nutritious home cooked frozen prepped meals are just a cherry on top. “The petrol was good and strong - watery texture and had a bit of a petrolly smell to it, the forecourt was stained by diesel and fuel and there were buckets of sand around which are great for the kids to play in while your having a pooh in the toilet.”
