“It is not the fault of this centre that Doctors are difficult to find. That is a nationwide problem. The staff here are in my experience friendly and helpful but maybe that's because I'm pleasant to them. They have invariably proved resouceful. Repeat prescriptions are dealt with efficiently. The only concern are doctors' appointments, but I use the patient online access app (Google it!) to book in (and do repeat prescriptions) and have always got one to suit. Emergency appointments could be a problem, but how many people are that desperately in need of a doctor? And if you really are that ill the surgery will help or alternatively A&E may be the better solution anyway!”
