“We were having difficulty having our claim accepted and contacted Auctoritas Solutions Limited, they visited us agreed we should have a valid claim and made an appointment with the loss adjuster who was looking after the claim. Following the meeting the claim was accepted and the costs involved supplied by one of their contractors agreed. Strip out works and drying machines were done the next day as Auctoritas had found us somewhere else to live. Our house was put back just the way we wanted with a minimum of fuss or bother and we can’t recommend using Auctoritas strongly enough as without them we wonder if the claim would have progressed at all. “Recently had to have some pretty extensive work carried out for a fault on my car, which when I bought it, came with a warranty. The work was costly and needed to be carried out sooner rather than later, meaning I had to claim back the money after the work had been carried out and paid for. Claiming back for the repairs was super easy. The full amount of money of which was covered in the warranty was paid within 5 days of starting the claim. Customer Service on the phone were also very helpful. Would highly recommend.”
