“Myself and 5 friends booked a spa day with cream tea here for a surprise 50th birthday on Saturday. From arrival we were made to feel very welcome and had everything explained to us by the young man on the leisure facilities reception. Robes, slippers and towels were provided. The lounges by the pool were comfortable and the temperature in the pool area was very warm and so comfortable to lay around with your swimsuit on. A table for our cream tea was already set up at the requested time. We were given a pot of coffee and a pot of tea. I don't drink either and so asked for a hot chocolate (no extra charge) and we asked for another pot of tea. The scones were absolutely delicious tasting as though they'd just come out of the oven. The waiting staff were most helpful as we're every single member of staff. Our treatments were very relaxing (We could have 2 of us having treatments at the same time in the same room). A truly relaxing day. Well worth the money. Would definitely recommend.”
