“We found Andy to be very pleasant, knowledgable and respectful of neighbours in close proximity. Suggesting which way the wind was blowing, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to inform the neighbours when he sprayed the nest, the wasps would be very active and angry so to shut windows and doors! When asked by an adjoining neighbour how long it takes to build a nest, he was quick to reply within six weeks. Great information for an onlooking thirteen year old, who will have plenty to talk about at school tomorrow????! I would be more than happy to recommend Andy, very competitively priced for an excellent job which left all of us reassured that we can continue to enjoy our gardens without fear of being stung.”

“I can’t recommend this fish shop enough! Staff are all friendly, nothing is too much. Koi can be confusing but this store makes it so much clearer, especially with their UV lights! I have had so much help with everything for many months from assistant manager Matt- can’t thank you enough. If you’re getting anything for your tank or koi this is the store! Unbeatable service!!!!! I bought a UV light from the store and accidentally broke it when fitting it. I was very stressed but Matt and Alan very kindly fixed this. Any other place wouldn’t have been able or willing to do this! I thought I would have had to buy a replacement but that wasn’t their focus as instead of making me buy another, they spent ages helping me and repaired it for me. In all my shopping experience this has been the best by far. This level of service is refreshing. The quality of the koi is amazing too. Thank you once again Matt!!”
