I've had Papa Simon bless many pounamu for my babies and the nurses didn't my baby's 5mth vaccinations when my GP was to hard to get into both booking wise and just finding the time to get out physically whilst battling single parenting and PND. They also assisted with getting my benefit up and running when I came off PPL and decided to stay home longer from work to be a mum. This doesn't even cover all they do! Highly recommend reaching out to them and seeing what support they can offer to you. Or guidance to the right places.”

“Very pleased with my recent hire of 2.5t excavator from NZ Machine hire. Before the project I took up the offer on their website to come to the yard for a chat and took onboard their advice to up-spec from the ~1.7t machine I had thought might get the job done. It might have, but it'd probably have taken me another day at least! Really pleased with the helpful advice for this first-time operator, and also appreciated the very efficient process when it came to returning the machine. I turned up a few minutes before their advertised 7am opening time expecting I might have to wait a while but found the yard a hive of activity with machines being returned and dispatched out. Being able to get back on the road by 7:05 and avoiding the worst of the morning traffic was much appreciated.”

“Did you know that they have some beach wheelchairs you can book in or go to life guards and use one if available to take your child with a "disability" or less mobile for a bit of beach fun. They are the Hippo beach wheelchairs. Low to the ground, so unfortunately I cannot use it as I can't get that low anymore. Once upon a time I could. The joys of over 1,000 fractures with brittle bones disease (osteogenesis imperfecta) and cerebral palsy displegia combined. So if anyone would like to purchase an adult type beach wheelchair to leave at the surf club for public and would like advice, happy to help. I used to have my own, but no longer .....sad 😭 story. Thinking of selling my van for something cheaper, (I bought not government funded) to do so. In hindsight another wheelchair would serve me better.”
