“This company was recommended to us by a local community service organization that deals with them, so we decided to give them a try. I can see now why the recommendation was given. I had an awesome experience with JR. We needed some things moved (not a full move, just a move of some heavy items to storage) and he gave us a great, fair quote. On the day of the move the crew showed up on time, they were all professional and showed care for our items, and they finished in good time. You can't ask for more than that. Professionalism can be hard to come by these days so I'm really glad we were told about this company. Another small thing that showed they really care about the client: the owner mentioned when I went to pay that they don't keep a client's credit card number on file. In a day and age when our data is everywhere and it seems almost no one cares about privacy and security anymore (in fact most businesses try to grab and keep as much data as possible about you even when it's unnecessary), the fact that the owner cares about protecting his clients from possible credit card fraud/data breaches etc. says a lot about his solid character in a really good way. “The staff was very professional and helpful. Right from the time we walked in the door we were greeted. Richard in sales helped us find the right trailer for us. On return to pick up the trailer again we were greeted and offered water or coffee, tea. Richard came out again to say high. Harley was very helpful and friendly. The tech Hayden spent a fair bit of time with us going over everything with us making sure each item was in working order and how it all worked. The 2 minor issues we saw were fixed very quickly. We needed a bin in a hurry and after calling AB at the toll free number ( sorry I can’t remember his name but have initials) he had the basics done and email contact from the local storage within 10 minutes. They also offer 4 weeks free and as we only need the unit for a short term it was a deal that was almost too good to be true. I went to local facility to finalize and Angela was terrific. I was set up with the unit within minutes and even when she had to redo the paperwork as I changed my mind on unit size, she did it with a smile . It was less than an hour from when I first called the toll free number to when we had access to the unit. I totally recommend Access storage. Can’t think of anything they could have done better”
