I thought I needed to replace the drive belt on my dryer, took it apart before going to pick up the replacement belt and realized it was a drum wheel that was causing my squeaking problem. I spoke to Rick about it and he gave me some advice about how to fix it and made sure I knew exactly what I would need to do the job. Yes the belt would have been a little cheaper ordering it online, but I certainly wouldn't have gotten the lessons or the amazing customer service from any other supplier! Thank you Rick and his lovely wife! I will definitely be back!

Very helpful. Went in there after the baking element went out my oven as the one that I bought new online had different connections and mounting. He confirmed that it was compatable and even provided the adaptor terminals required to install the element. I really appreciate how helpful he was considering another local appliance store wanted to sell me another element that was completely different and would not have worked. They were actually not that interested in my concern.

Customer service is the best, the glass cracked on my oven door and they were able to replace it fast and very reasonably priced, did not need to buy another stove, Thank you!

I am extremely happy I called! My tenant’s dryer died and they took care of everything. I am a landlord living in Toronto and they delivered, and took the broken one for much less than I expected. Also, very friendly service. Highly recommended to everyone.
