“We purchased an eliminator winter cover (a second at a cheaper price) and after my husband and I installed it, we realized it would not work properly to drain the water. We contacted Blue Ocean Pools and Robert offered to deliver us a new cover so we didn’t have to make a trip to the store. He came to our home, helped us take the old cover off and even helped us install the new cover! Wow! That is over and above what we even expected. Thank you Robert!
