“Driving from the States into Canada and reading the negative reviews of this campsite, my wife was a little worried. We figured we would check it out and if we had any issues we would cancel and go elsewhere, but, I can honestly tell you that our experience was completely different from some of the negative reviewers. From the moment we got here, we have been treated very nicely. The front office staff is super friendly and welcoming. They have a gentleman that escorts you to your site and, something I've never seen before, he shows you all of the hook ups. As long time RVers we didn't need the explanation, but it is a nice small detail that definitely goes a long way for new RVers. As for the 2 adult clubs across the street, we didn't hear or see anyone outside at night. Our campsite was dry and clean. We are definitely glad that we stayed here.”

“We were so happy that we chose this b&b to be our home away from home for our trip. Helena was a vivacious and informative host. Her breakfasts were superb. We loved our attic room for its charm and spaciousness. We actually took a whole day to chill and read in our room. Helena gave us good tips on what to do around the falls and how to use the bus transportation. Our trip was memorable because of our accommodations and host. We could walk to the falls which made the location perfect.”

“Ken is a fantastic Host and has a great place in a perfect location here in Niagara Falls, Canada. Ken is so kind and a fantastic Host and he has so many great cottages nestled on such a lovely corner property with acres of fresh air and outdoor sporting and gaming facilities - here in Niagara Falls, Canada. I would recommend Ken's place to anyone planning a trip or vacation with family or a large group of friends. Ken's place has a huge property with so many beds and bathrooms a great patio bar with a great Kitchen and Family room area for hosting a family meals, parties or any kind of special family occasion/celebration. If you need a place to stay and play - you won't find a better place in Niagara Falls than Ken's place. Ken you are a great guy and we are so glad we choose your Stay 'n Play at your country cottages for the bride, bridal party and her family's "home away from home". Ken we couldn't find another bnb with such a huge property and one place with so many large beds and bathrooms that made the bride's family hangout a great place to chill and rest in preparation for our BIG DAY. It was the best place for us to host our family meals, stag and doe party and to crash for a few hours after we did our pictures on your gorgeous country cottage a couple of hours before the wedding reception. “We stayed here for 3 nights with our trailer. Was very nice. Very clean campsite. Had a nice wagon ride. There was a bit of noise as its on Lundys lane but didn't affect our stay as we were able to not get annoyed by it. Our kids enjoyed the playgrounds and lots of room to ride their bikes. Very close to the attractions a quick truck ride and we were at the falls. Will be back again.”

“Really an excellent property to stay, very neatly maintained with high quality interiors, furniture's & furnishings. Fully functional kitchen, with all appliances & utensils to cook your own food. Also has washing machine for laundry purposes. Had an excellent stay along with my family for about 12 Day's, which was a really pleasant & memorable. The Niagara Falls is just 5 mins from the property. This place is highly recommended, can accommodate a family of 12-15 people easily. A no regret place....”

“I went with my two close friends from Sunday to Wednesday. The resort is very nice, especially if you’ve got young kids, as the waterpark is small and a bit juvenile but still enjoyable overall. They’ve got two slides, a wave pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and a play structure. The rooms are clean, well kept, and spacious. They do not really have complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash besides the a 3-in-one dispenser on the shower wall, but otherwise the rooms were great. You don’t interact much with staff, but when you do they’re all very kind and polite. Overall a good stay & experience, I would come back 👍🏻”

“Didn't expect too much . Room with 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor was 100$. Children slept on 1bed. Smell of Indian curry and smoke was but a little. The linen was clean, no bed bugs. Chairs were a little dirty. Bathroom is ok. There were soap and shampoo. The best thing is refrigerator and microwave are in the room. The neighbors were too noisy at night in the 3d floor. For this price it is super room. If you want luxury, pay 500$.”

“Great location, loads of paid parking on-site. Staff are not overly welcoming and the service for the rooms is non existent. Called down for fresh towels and was given a lecture about how to reuse towels for 4 days....no thank you. I wanted our room serviced on day 3 and nobody came to do so even after calling the front desk to please do so. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Everything was very clean upon arrival. I would recommend staying here.”

“Great location and walking distance to the falls and attractions! Includes FREE parking! Ms. Suzie, the owner, is very friendly and caring. Her home is clean and beds are comfortable. She prepared a wonderful organic breakfast (juice, assortment of fresh fruits, assortment of breads, eggs -cooked to order, bacon, hash browns, sliced tomatoes and coffee). It was more than we could eat and she even offered for us to take some fruit along with us for our day trips. The best part of our day was breakfast on the patio overlooking her lovely flower garden and the Niagara gorge. She even took time to join in our conversation at breakfast. Our family highly recommends a stay with Suzie vs the overpriced hotels that tack on additional outrageous parking fees. “I had to play a round of golf at Battlefield Course and wanted to stay close to the course. Pulled up to the estate and it was gorgeous so all apprehensions disappeared. “The staff was amazing!!! Rick allowed us to have a nice late check out and leave our car parked while we walked to the falls. It was located great to walk everywhere. They even walked us to our room and showed us how to use the air and lights. Definitely no frills. But a larger refrigerator is a must for me as I travel with my own food. And the kindness and welcoming feel we had was lovely!!!”

“Amazing B&B! We were so thrilled with this lovely home! We spent 4 nights here and would highly recommend Absolute Elegance B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay in Niagara Falls. The owners, Lynn and Ken, were wonderful hosts. Lynn spoiled us each morning with her amazing cooking skills and a delicious 3 course breakfast. We didn’t even need to eat lunch. The rooms were very comfortable- the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We loved the jacuzzi tub! The back yard is like something out of a magazine - a garden with beautiful trees, flowers and a fountain. It was such a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Do not miss the opportunity to stay at Absolute Elegance B&B if you are wanting a lovely place to stay for less than the hotels in the area. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!”

“We found ourselves in the Niagara area on a spontaneous road trip during the grape and wine festival. We could not find a vacancy anywhere. At the last minute, we called Two Rivers based on their reviews, and they happened to have had a cancellation. We were not able to make it in by the check-in time but were told to come anytime before 9 pm, that it was no problem. It's a super cute B&B and the owners are the nicest people ever! They made us feel right at home and ensured we had everything we needed. We slept well, and the room was clean, comfortable, and we had our own private bathroom which is always appreciated in a B&B. There was an issue with not enough hot water in the morning, but the rest of the stay made up for that. We were up earlier than our scheduled breakfast time and went into the dining area to have coffee and tea, and they asked us if we'd like breakfast early, and we said yes. Within a few minutes, we had some of the best apple french toast I have ever had, as well as a huge plate of eggs, potatoes, ham, and a plate of fruit and toast with jam. They also had cereals and anything else you'd need for a great breakfast. After we left, we headed out to do some sightseeing, and I got a call from the owner letting me know I had left one of my rings in the bedroom. She called me as soon as she found it hoping we hadn't left the area. Luckily they are only a few minutes from the Falls, which is where we were. I would definitely recommend this B&B. The owners make it such a welcoming and comfortable experience, and the price can't be beaten.”

“First time for me visiting, my overall experience was beyond amazing. The entire campsite had tons of activities going on including the big water slide,The swimming pool is perfect for family time and not too deep (max 5 feet), miniature golf, basket ball court, a shuttle to go into Niagara Falls, and bike vehicles that could be for a group of four or individual. They even had a bouncy castle for the small kids.The bathrooms were great and had showers with stalls along with a bathtub. The office is well stocked with camping necessities if you run short of supplies.Also has if fire wood, ice cream and slushy, a gift shop and a Arcade. They also have a rec room with different events for kids and family e.g dances for kids etc.”

“Played both courses, Battlefield and Usshers Creek. Great layouts. Beautiful property. Courses were in very good shape. Only complaint is the restaurant was closed when we finished our round at 6pm (Thursday) and they had no beer on tap after the next day. Service was good in the shop and clubhouse. Play here if you can.”
