“I have worked at Valley Park Lodge for 5 years as the Charge RN. I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years and have been in many LTC facilities both personally and professionally. Valley Park Lodge has very loving, caring PSWs and registered staff including management who take care of the residents within the Ministry Guidelines. During this Pandemic Valley Park lodge has a record of ZERO RESIDENTS affected by COVID. This is largely due to the cautious and caring staff who adjusted our own lives to ensure the residents were and remain safe till today. Staff also must be diligent in precautions and care to uphold this statistic. I am writing this review in response to a prior review to ensure that the public are aware of the real story and not the story of a disgruntled employee that I will not comment any further about as I will remain professional and kind.”
