“Hidden gem in Niagara Falls! Not too expensive and great atmosphere! The service was great although it was quite busy, we had to wait a bit for our food. The waitress gave us bread and butter to wait in the meantime. The cream of mushroom soup of the day was really good too! Great place to eat!”

“Today i went to the Tim Hortons at victoria avenue, and i got wrong coffee and this location was on my way, went there and I asked to replace my coffee to one of the team member , i guess she was on training because she had training badge on, then she called her supervisor to handle my complaint and replacement. Supervisor her name was Mandip, i might wrong to spell her name, she was happy to replace my coffee that was really nice, she apologized for wrong coffee even she didn't do anything wrong about mine coffee. really impressed by the customer service.”

“I am truly speechless. Mandy is truly awesome. We forgot our sons blanket in our room. After talking to her she not only found it. She sent it via express mail with this beautiful message inside. “I know how important a blankie is” We have been to this property several times because of the reasonable prices and very comfortable beds and cleanliness. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back Mandy.”
