“The experience I had here was awesome. They were friendly, helpful and the hotel was clean and perfect. The air conditioner worked overtime on a very hot hot weekend and I couldn't have been happier. The owner's mother, father and daughter were so helpful to me that I would recommend this Motel to anybody. “Stayed 1 Friday night a couple weeks ago and had a fantastic time! Lin & Jin were tremendous hosts. Friendly and hospitable. The place is beautiful and charming and our room was lovely and well furnished. It is right across from the water and very close to downtown Niagara Falls. And the breakfast was delicious and not your average offering. Our stay was short and last minute, but we will definitely return sometime for a longer stay! Highly recommended.”

“We had a good time staying at Parkway. The room was really clean; it had very small fridge, small tv, and small ac unit. Bathroom was clean and there multiple clean white towels to use. WiFi signal was very weak in our room and completely unusable. In terms of location, this motel is pretty far from downtown area. Overall, for the price you pay it’s a good place.”
