“We have a family doctor. But we have had to come here a couple times because we needed after hours care. This place is exceptional. There is one thing specifically that makes it special. The woman at the front reception- I believe her name is Coleen. People are not feeling well, or their kids are sick, and they are not coming in on their best behaviour. But Coleen is so kind and empathetic. She treats people like she really cares and tries to help them the best she can. Because of this every situation becomes diffused and stays calm. Such a compassionate and competent person. The doctor is thorough, efficient and LISTENS when you talk. And the rest of the staff is very pleasant as well. The clinic itself is clean and spacious, so even if you have to sit and wait, it’s not so bad. It’s also extremely busy because there is only one other place in the city that accepts walk in after 4pm.”
