I am continually impressed by the quality of care my family and I receive at every visit with Dr. Mayer.

Lexi and Rob are so friendly and wonderful and make me feel very comfortable. I had some issues with the lenses and frame that I chose, and when I returned a couple of weeks later with my children for their appointments, Lexi asked me how I was doing with my new glasses and I told her what my issues were. I was taken care of immediately and was able to choose a new frame and Scott is going to make some adjustments to the lenses so they work better for me.

Lexi is so talented at what she does-as soon as I told her I wasn’t happy with how the frame looked on me, she already had a new frame in mind that she thought I would like better, and it’s the one my daughters both thought looked great on me compared to any other ones I tried on!

I am continually impressed by the care and customer service at Eye Smile and I highly them.

Very satisfied, as there is always time to deal with changes. Like many, my past experience with other offices has not been nearly as positive. Highly recommend Eye-Smile!

Amazing experience! I can see clearly for the first time! Lexi's outstanding customer service is second to none, and she helped me pick out glasses that fit me.

The first few minutes into the eye exam, The optometrist found an issue that I have had since I was a child and no one ever caught or figured out. He Corrected this issue, and I CAN SEE SO CLEARLY. I feel like I am experiencing sight for the first time. Everything is in focus now and not blurry! The optometrist puts others to shame with his knowledge, expertise, and talents in eye care.

The front counter staff are all so lovely, warm and welcoming! Lexi personally assisted me in selecting some glasses that make me.

Her honest opinion is something VERY refreshing and helpful when you have 100s of options; it is hard to select the proper frames. Lexi will make sure you leave with the right pair for you!

Went in with my father to pick out new glasses, not only did they work within the limitations of our insurance but they went above and beyond with helping us get exactly the glasses we needed for no extra cost. Exceptional customer service from Front Desk Staff (specifically Rob and Lex). Came in and didn't realize we needed an appointment and they helped us anyways with no wait! Amazing experience and my family will definitely be back again in the future!
