I explained I had about an hour and half drive, Rick had the car ready for me to test drive, and he even stayed after closing time to allow me to get the cashiers check, and trailer to tow the car home. Rick personally helped me load the vehicle on the trailer, and had all the paper work ready to go, when I returned from the bank. Best shopping experience I've had in a long long time..
