When I accidentally overpaid for my items and left the store, I was immediately contacted that evening and asked to review my receipt. Because of the staff’s diligence with reviewing purchases when closing the till at night, this error was caught. I received my money back promptly AND they were beyond sweet to surprise me with a gift certificate on top of that, (which was not necessary, but so appreciated!).
