Steve is all one could wish for in an insurance agent: he promptly returns phone calls, has been able to troubleshoot any question I have had, and is ready to offer advice and solve any insurance issues I have had...with grace and patience.

In response to JRG...... I'm sorry you feel the way you do. It is certainly my goal to be of service and help in the best way I can. Allow me to explain a few things that might help clarify your situation. At renewal, most insurance companies will send via mail 1) a renewal notice 45-60 days ahead of renewal, 2) a bill for the renewal 30 days ahead of the renewal date 3) a late notice if premium has not been paid with in 10 days of renewal 4) a cancellation notice stating a particular date that insurance will cancel if payment is not made on the renewal date. I also send from my management system an email to you 10 days before the renewal date as a reminder. It is my position that 4 mailings and one email is sufficient notice for premium payment.

With most companies having online capability 24/7 and my availability via phone, email, text and regular office hours, there are many ways to get info on your policies. I can't forecast what a customers needs will be which is why I specifically keep my contact info including cell phone number on the website and on all business cards. I am available when you need me.

There are also multiple ways to set up automatic payments if you don't like having to remember when to make payments.

To sum it all up, there is responsibility on the consumers part to make sure their policies stay in force and I believe that between the companies efforts and mine, we are taking reasonable steps to make the consumer aware of their renewals and making multiple methods of payment available for ease of doing business with us.

I hope this helps and certainly would like to know if there is something I can do to help you.

I reached out to Steve as a referral from WCTC's take a professional to lunch program for errors & omissions, general liability and cyber security insurances I needed for my new insurance advisory business...all of which I don't handle personally. I was so impressed with his level of knowledge, focus on education and his prompt response to my initial inquiry and every request there forward. He truly only wants what's best for his clients, even if that means sending them in a different direction. He also reviewed my home, auto & umbrella policies and confirmed what I had was great for my needs, and advised that I shouldn't change it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve based on personal experience, and will be definitely referring my clients to him as well!

Steve is very informative and educational. Steve is best at helping his customers and he makes sure we have the proper coverage's. My concern was making sure my home was insured properly, and Steve did this for me. Thank you Steve for a job well done!
