(September 14, 2019, 10:24 pm)had a furnace and AC installed at the end of July. Great experience all the way around. From the initial phone call of setting up the quote with Kasey to the guys explaining everything after the install. Brad was a pleasure to work with and Ryan & Doug were efficient, clean and answered all my questions on the install day. Kasey in the office was always so polite and helpful when it came to warranty and payment questions. I will recommend this company any chance I get!!
(September 12, 2019, 11:04 pm)Great from start to finish. Brad provided multiple clearly outlined options while preparing the project proposal. Excellent install by Blake and Dawson. My new furnace and air conditioner look and work great. I really appreciate the attention to detail, checkpoints during the install to make sure everything was the way I wanted, spotless clean up, and final walk though of the new equipment. Thank you!
(July 18, 2019, 3:51 pm)From start to finish our experience with Thielmann & Son was fantastic! Our HVAC system was over 25 years old. After the AC stopped blowing cold air this year, we called and they were able to get a tech out within a few hours. Dawson was quickly able to identify the system no longer had freon in it. He explained the cost of refilling the system at $120 a pound for 5.5- 6 pounds of freon would probably be better spent towards a new system. After having several companies come out for a quote, we decided to go with Thielmann. They weren't pushy about certain brands (we're big fans of Lennox), and their prices were very competitive. The day of our install Matt and Tyler showed up right at 9:00. They were very courteous and professional. They explained exactly what they were doing, how long it was going to take, and even encouraged questions throughout the process. After the new system was installed, they took the time to show us exactly how everything worked and made sure all our questions were answered. I would highly recommend Thielmann & Son to anyone in the market for a new AC or furnace!

We appreciate your attention to detail, from your staff that answers the phone and quickly responded to my questions via email as well and your work crews. Your crew showed up early, ready to work and were quick and efficient in installing our new unit. Thank you so much!
(May 29, 2019, 4:06 pm)My house was blowing cool air, but not getting cold. I was able to get an appointment for the next. Dawson was great. He arrived a bit early and had a great attitude.
Each step he explained what he needed as well as explaining why. While it was my AC unit, he stopped to take time to check the furnace and the filter. He provided some tips and some additional information for me as the equipment is original to the place and 15 years old.
I knew it needed to be replaced soon, so I was prepared and had already had several quotes before. He gave me furnace information and we left to address the main issue, no cool AC.
Dawson took time to explain what the baseline was for my system, what normal looked like and when we had results, he explained the equipment, what was important, how the monitoring equipment worked and in general how AC worked.
He took the time to explain my options. Replace the compressor and recharge or upgrade the equipment (doing nothing was not an option for me). He explained the service call would be considered a credit if I purchased and provided rebate, cash options and financing options.
Dawson is a great asset to your company. And none of this would have happened without Kaycee, who has a smile in her voice, and a great attitude. She made the entire process easy even when I had to change an appointment.
I'm looking forward to see continued excellence when the furnace and AC are installed. Thank you!
