Richlonn's Tire & Service Centers

Tim is absolutely amazing! Just took my car in today for an oil change and they checked all of the fluids and all of the belts. I have purchased my tires at Richlonn’s and it’s so nice being able to take it in and have them checked, balanced and rotated whenever I am due. But the most important thing to me is the outstanding service I’ve always received from Tim. he provides a personal touch and really makes me feel respected as a customer.

Tim was very informative and helpful when I unexpectedly had to get my vehicle in for a screw in my tire. They patched the tire from the inside versus doing a quick plug like the luxury vehicle dealership planned to do. This will be a better fix long term! Greatly appreciate their honesty, fair pricing, friendliness and quick turnaround time!

Able to get my car in same day for 4 new tires. Fast service, made sure we had the best price, and knew about all the rebates. This is our third car to get tires here.

Car broke down with a dead battery, and when the car arrived at Richlonn's, it was locked with no way to get in. Richlonn's was very patient with us getting the car unlocked so they could do repairs and were overall very kind. Very thankful for their quick work, and would recommend for any car issues you may have.

The customer service with Tim was great. He was very knowledgeable and put us in replacement tires he thought we would like best. He could have tried to upsell us to another product which I anticipated, but instead we talked about both products and he gave me the time to make the right decision.
