Mike made me feel comfortable with the process and also, based on research I did before going in, I know that I was given a fair price and a superior quality gem. The staff at Treiber and Straub genuinely care about their customers. I had my Explorer I serviced here and had a very minor issue when I got it back (the bracelet had been installed backwards, which I did not realize until I had driven back to Madison). Both the watchmaker and owner quickly apologized and rectified the issue. I would not hesitate to have any of my watches serviced here in the future.

Excellent! I recently purchased a watch and had an exceptional experience. The transaction was quick and easy and I was never pressured in the least. Top notch customer service! As there are other dealers closer to my house, this trip was out of my way but well worth it. I worked with Lisa and would recommend her to anyone looking for a watch.

Went into the store to have a watchmaker look at and authenticate a Rolex I had just purchased. Everyone was extremely helpful and I got above and beyond service from everyone in the store and Noah the watchmaker.
