My toddler lost a lens and outgrew his frames all at once. Insurance didn't cover the new frames but the staff was able to call and make an exception for us. Got it all done in about 2 weeks so he could have his new glasses! Kathy, Emily, and Tom were all friendly, patient, and helpful.
