Very satisfied. Our carpet is worn and was very dirty. It now looks much better, much cleaner, and a bit less worn. It is not new carpet, but better than we expected!

The Meyer crew was on time, polite, well attired, and very professional. Mark himself was here, teaching a new staff member and did an incredibly thorough job of explaining how carpet can be cleaned effectively.

He was genuinely passionate about doing the job right, which was obvious to us. The carpet dried within a couple of hours and we were able to enjoy a refreshed look in all of our rooms and for all of the area rugs. He will be invited back without a doubt! Nice job, crew!
