As soon as we walked in there was someone ready to help us, he handled our issues quickly and without complaint or attitude. They were knowledgable, even with complicated issues that took time to figure out. He even did his best to explain everything to my 4 year old who asked a bunch of questions, without any irritation. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with a phone company.
