I received a quick call back for my non-emergency issue. Very professional. We set up a repair date and Todd came out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how my pipe burst and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Todd made the repair and checked another issue I was having. He was very professional and friendly. The sump pump was on its last leg and my basement would have flooded if Northern Mechanical hadn't sent someone one right away to replace it. Jeff was timely, professional, and went above and beyond with the installation and secured the piping to the basement wall which hadn't been done before. Highly recommend these guys!
