I first met Heidi at work, where she comes periodically for 10-min chair massages. She is a great massage therapist, who asks a lot of questions to make sure she knows about problem areas, gets feedback on the amount of pressure she uses, etc. I like Heidi so much that I booked an appointment for a 1-hour massage at her office. It was fantastic! I'll definitely go back.
