Pilot Travel Center

Service varies based on time of day and who is working. Some times the service is quick, accurate and with a friendly face greeting you at rhe drive up window. Other times not so much. Getting out of the parking area and trying to go left onto 540a can be challenging during rush hour. Miss the days when the doughnuts were made in store and fresh.

Today I had Deanna & Connor making my order. Been going there since they open and seen people come & go. I hope the mgr knows how awesome they are. So nice and made sure I was happy with my order. :-)

Great staff and a clean restaurant.. The only issue would be that there are NEVER any hand towels in the mens bathroom. I visit this location 3-4 times a week for breakfast and to wash up while working in the AM hours and haven't seen towels once..

They had exactly what I needed triple shot Starbucks and vanilla sweetheart. Clean store friendly staff. I will be a returning customer thank you for the service

Good parking, clean washrooms, and the announcement for professional drivers that there are clean hot showers with no wait times made me extremely happy to hear despite the fact that I didn't need to use the showers. What was supposed to be a quick stop at the gas station sent me very happy on my journey due to the well stocked and super clean washrooms.
