I made the 1 hour and 20 minute trek to Studio 55 from the Twin Cities for a spin class. I did not expect such a great workout - even better than the other spin classes I’ve taken in the cities! Lisa’s energy made the class so fun, and her studio was clean and comfortable. Such an amazing workout - can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!
I went to my very first spin class this morning with Lisa and it was a blast! She was so positive and energetic and fun! Who knew a morning workout could be so enjoyable?! I can’t wait to do another spin class and try some other classes Studio 55 offers as well! 😊
