  Our salesman Garth did a fantastic job listening to our wants, needs and lifestyle. Very personable and also knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He gave us space and time between test driving and contemplating. Luis in finance was very comforting as well. He was able to joke with us and be honest at the same time. GM John lives the lifestyle. Open book of knowledge and met all of our needs! Thanks guys!

  This is the second time that my wife and I have purchased a vehicle at Sommer's Subaru using the Costco program.
  We returned because of the prompt, friendly and courteous service that they extended to us in the past.
  We were treated equally well upon our return.
  Working with Garth Miller, he helped us to complete our transaction smoothly with a warm and friendly demeanor that added to our purchase satisfaction.
  Michael Christiano guided us through the financial, licensing and extended warranty matters in a pleasant and relaxing manner that set us at ease.
  Our thanks to the whole team especially the crew that detailed our new car. I left Sommer's with a smile on my face!

  My experience at Sommer’s Subaru was overall great. I drove up from Madison to see a car that I saw online and wanted to buy. My fear beforehand was for some reason the car to not be there or if something was wrong. I test drove it, everything seemed fine. I already had financing done elsewhere, Omar, the sales rep was completely okay with that and did not pressure me into what they had. There was no pressure to get any warranties on the car as well, they just made me aware. Omar delivered the car to me all the way to Madison a week later. Omar is definitely on the higher end of the sales reps, was very pleased with his help and communication. I have had the Subaru for a couple months now. Very happy with the purchase. Only complaint was that it took a month to receive the purchase order information and documents. Kudos to Sommer’s having great staff

  This was a return experience at this dealership to purchase a certified Subaru. Great treatment and communication from Justin and Tracy. No pressure and no games. Justin took the time to explore multiple care and options. Reliably good sales and service. I have directed friends and family here, all of whom have had the same positive experience.

  Overall a great experience, I personally would like to acknowledge Darrell from sales and Cynthia from financing for their help in purchasing my first vehicle. From the start, Darrell was supportive but not pushy in finding a vehicle right for me. He made the shopping experience enjoyable. After an initial rocky situation with their financing department, Darrell bent over backwards to make sure I understood the situation. Upon my return to finalize paperwork, Cynthia was more than happy to help me, even though she originally was not working with me and had to stay late. These two people made the difference in my car-buying experience a 5-star experience.
