I would recommend Viva Wellness as a resource to anyone interested in changing / improving their lifestyle. There are no magic bullets but Jennifer will help you to sort through any issues you may have and present you with some solid recommendations. Her approach is far from medicine by the numbers. I am very happy with any and all interactions I have with her and would be happy to talk with anyone with questions.

Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable caring and treats her clients all individually with professionalism. She goes above and beyond to help and will even answer questions or give advice on her own time . She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t have the answer she will research it for you.
