(June 19, 2018, 6:51 pm)After having a terrible customer service experience at the Oak Creek location, I brought my phone into this store when I couldn't make or receive phone calls. The staff working were great! Very attentive, polite, and knowlegable! They were able to fix the issue I was having after I was told elsewhere that there was nothing that could be done besides buying a new phone. I'll definitely be back the next time I need some troubleshooting or when I am ready to upgrade! Keep up the great work!
(May 31, 2018, 8:42 pm)I was very pleased with the customer service we received. The customer service person Jesus was very helpful. He was helping my mom. And he asked me if I had any questions about my phone. And he took care of me at the same time. I like that we didn't have to wait very long to see a customer service person.
