(September 30, 2019, 10:22 pm)I've worked in Environmental Services (maintenance, housekeeping and laundry) in nursing homes since 1986 and Direct Supply has been in business since 1985 so I've worked with them a long time. They cater to healthcare and have a great group of people who bend over backwards to meet our needs.
I have nothing but good things to say about Direct Supply and every nursing home I work with uses the TELS preventive maintenance program. The TELS program also is for corrective maintenance, tracking equipment for costs spent on repairs, warranty and increasing the lifespan of the equipment by taking better care of it.
Direct Supply has the most innovative ideas and stays on top of the needs of the industry.
I am not a salesman for them but have found them to be a partner in the industry and support them 100 %.
