I can confidently state that working with Dezarrea was an exceptional
experience. We met her by chance and in less than a week she sold our home. We were reluctant to go with someone we did not know and had high expectations about what we wanted prior to placing the house on the market. We agreed to meet with her and after sitting with her for an hour, we were sold on her. She came prepared and was ready to discuss all the details; market value, home value, expectations, process flow, timing...She covered it all in the 1st meeting. The rest of the process was seamless. We were not anticipating selling so quickly but she facilitated everything coming together and it did, easily and smoothly. Took all the burden of the selling process off our shoulders.
