Super busy on Saturday but worth the wait. Tons of unique cheese. Love the curds. Nice and squeaky. Well known for their grilled cheese sandwich!

OMG! So good! Nothing like Amazing Aged Cheddar!!

Wow, the grilled cheese sandwiches were excellent (pickleicious and smokey bandit with secret sauce of course), staff was friendly and helpful on the cheese selection. Prices were great so we ended up going back in to get some more after snacking with the sandwiches. So far the cheddar and Muenster curds, smoked gouda, and mushroom (and leek) Muenster are excellent and we've got a few more waiting still. Dogs were OK at the picnic tables out front.

We absolutely love their cheese. When I make my 5-6 cheese 2 meat lasagna, I get all my cheeses here except ricotta. That's the only cheese they don't have because it goes bad too fast. My husband has noticed the difference when I've made him lasagna these last 7 years and he says the cheese from this place makes the difference. You can't compare getting cheese straight from a dairy to a store when it comes to freshness and this place is nothing but freshness. It's a 35 min drive one way but it's worth it.

We had to ask to get waited on, but once we did the two who helped us were friendly. The grilled cheese sandwich with the special sauce was great. I had to ask for a sample, but he seemed more than happy to get me a couple.
