(October 27, 2020, 8:05 pm)I love the staff at Waunakee Manor. They seem to really care about my Dad. He is a new resident and they have helped him fit right in. At 96, that's not been easy for him, but he regularly tells me they are taking good care of him. During COVID it has been difficult to not be in person with him, but the staff at Waunakee Manor are so kind, and truly care about him. The social workers have arranged calls, window visits and out door socially distanced visits to keep us connected. I can't say enough positive about their PT department. They have done miracles with my Dad. My Dad's nurse is a gem as well.
