(August 5, 2020, 5:56 pm)Had previously been to another Pomp's for a steer tire repair. They recommended stopping at another Pomp's after 100 miles for retorquing the lug nuts. I called ahead spoke with Robert at DeForest location and he was as accommodating as one could be on the phone and in person. Excellent service at the Fondulac and DeForest locations. Thank you!!!

(February 7, 2020, 11:58 am)My faith in the automobile service industry has been restored. Finally a place that did the job right on the first try. Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure. No doubt Pomp's has secured a new customer in me despite the extra miles needed to get there. The walk-through of the work when I picked up my car was a nice courtesy you don't see much any more and it was very much appreciated. THANK YOU!!!
