I cannot say enough about the quality of service and professional work of the Zerorez team. They did both our house when we sold and the condo we just purchased. We even received compliment from the buyer’s realtor for leaving the house with such a clean carpet!
The technician who did our condo carpet went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the result. In both cases Zerorez exceeded our expectations.

Your team very professionally walked through our two story carpeted condo with me first and discussed what they could do and how. They tolerated our quirks like angling their truck just right in the driveway to avoid our neighbor’s frustration. They were humorous and most pleasant to work with. They were very careful to treat our stains so they hopefully won’t return. They made our carpet look fresh and new again. They did a very thorough job in a compact two hour period.

Brandon K was extremely nice and very professional! He did an excellent job!! Our carpets are lighter in color and haven’t been cleaned in years and look amazing again. That’s saying a lot because of our pets and high traffic areas. This is our second time using Zerorez and once again we are extremely satisfied customers.

The technician came on time, was professional and did a great job. He cleaned a one bedroom with a walk in closet quick and efficiently. Very pleased with his work! Communication was also great from the start of scheduling my appointment to finishing the carpet shampooing. This is my second time having Zerorez clean my carpets and I would definitely recommend!

I was extremely happy with my Zerorez experience yesterday. The technician who cleaned my carpet was a young man who was incredibly polite, attentive, hard-working and conscientious. On multiple occasions he asked if I wanted to look at what he had done to make sure it was to my satisfaction. He did a beautiful job and I was very impressed by his wonderful manners and work ethic. You’re very lucky to have an employee like him, I think they’re hard to come by.
