Conant Automotive was incredible. We knew it wasn't going to be great news on our older vehicle, but having a trustworthy thought partner is key. The staff was so patient explaining the options in clear way we could understand. No pressure, and so knowledgeable & helpful!

These people are fantastic - everyone at that site is super knowledgeable and super helpful. Additionally, my repairs were going to take a few extra hours that day (as I had requested they look at my starter) so Brandon* at the front desk was able to arrange a ride for me back to my house. Above and beyond service that they didn’t have to do but went a long way! Additionally, quality of work and quality of diagnostics is top notch. Pricing is more than fair for the value and quality of work.

Conant has been my go-to for a few years now. They do an amazing job of fixing it correctly the first time. And they are amazing at keeping you informed and up-to-date on the status of your vehicle's service. Their service representative, Brandon, is always on top of everything that's going on with your car and calls to personally update you. Brandon is very professional and explains things very thoroughly and in a friendly manner. They don't find unnecessary things to repair to inflate the bill.

Also, Conant is one of the few repair shops that has loaner vehicles which has been really important for us. As long as you call in advance they will make sure one is available while your car is in service.

Very friendly staff, they ended up taking a closer look to a problem I had to one of my tires. Everything got resolve and on time. Was happy with the work. Also it's nice to know that can do alignments on lower/slammed cars. Will definitely be back as spring gets closer for a wheel alignment.
