Paul's Neighborhood Bar

We went here to get some food because it was late. Neither myself or my husband are big drinkers, so we didn't have any drinks. As it was around 10:30 at night, only their fryers were open, which was fine and totally understandable. We sat at the bar and just ordered some fries and chicken tenders. The bartenders were very friendly, one we learned the name of, Nancy, and the other we had not.

The price was great and the amount of food was also great! Both my husband and I shared and it was the perfect amount. We didn't feel unwelcome just because we weren't drinking. We have since come back and had just as pleasant visits. Looking forward to trying what else Paul's has! I have had their fish fry and a burger a few years back, which were also very good. At the time, which it might be different now, but they had an all you can eat option for their fish fry and they have the classic salad bar to go with... What's not to love... Check this place out. It's nice and local, friendly, etc.

Great neighborhood bar & grill with friendly staff and locals. Good drinks and decent food. Fish fry is a little pricey but thats the way things go these days. Would definitely come back for a drink.

Great place to go if you want to get together with friends! Make sure you ask for Nancy when you are there. She is the best!! Hands down! Great conversation!

Fantastic spot to meet up with friends after work or on the weekends. The vibe is a very hometown and neighborhood feel. Drinks are priced right and food is your typical fun bar food. Tables are clean, staff Is super friendly, and the regulars are known to buy a drink or two for people they like. Stop in, have a beer, or have a few. This place is a great staple in the Middleton area and it stays open until 2am, and serves food until midnight.

Classic Wisconsin fish fry! Baked cod and Butter too. Highly recommend the hashbrowns with cheese and onions! Also classic old fashioned with hand muddled fruit the right bitters to sweet ratio. We will be back!
