They were very friendly on the phone and in person when picking up/dropping off. They also were very pleasant to communicate with and easy get in contact with via phone. I'd definitely recommend Madison Medical Rental to others.
(September 1, 2020, 7:50 am)Great service. Needed a hospital bed for my mother in law after a shoulder surgery so she could sleep easy. Live in a more rural area - no local services. Called Madison Medical Rental - they delivered the same day - travel time about 1.5 hours one way for the delivery. Bed in excellent condition - delivery person efficient, personable, wore a mask. Very pleased with the service.
