Management is amazing and diligently work to keep units in the best shape possible.

Kensington Pointe Apartments have been great, I moved in back in 2016 from St. Louis, Missouri. The community is great, quiet, and safe. The management at the apartment complex have always been a great help, John is the new manager of the leasing company and he’s been great since he’s first started, I’m currently up north Wisconsin and a package was left on my porch back at the townhouse, John was so nice to put the package in my townhouse for me to ensure it was safe and secure due to me being away. Thanks John!

My wife and I have moved on average seven times, for every year we have been married, and that has helped us realize what we want in a community. We have mostly had bad experiences with a couple good ones, however our experience with the current Property Manager has been great!! Lukas is literally the best apartment manager we have ever had.

Lukas was transparent before we moved in, flexible when we lived here, and most of all he has been straight-up reasonable. All those things has made our experience at Axiom extremely good and would LOVE to rent from another Axiom location in the future.
