Very Very Pleased! Doug did an outstanding job on our house and he was a pleasure to work with. It pays to hire a professional with experience. Doug was able to make some very rough, previously very poorly addressed spots, look great (this was a bonus because I expected he could do little with them and we would have been happy with just a paint over). Doug also made a great recommendation to halve a color we'd chosen for the basement to make it lighter...It was perfect. Doug does a great job at a fair price, don't hesitate to contact him.
They did a great job painting the ceiling and walls in the kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway; everything looks great. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice, easy to talk to and had no problems making changes that I asked for.
Doug Jenkins Painting was hired by the company remodeling my kitchen and if it wasn't for Doug stopping by on his own accord the project might not have remained on schedule. The remodeling project manager hadn't scheduled the painting, hadn't updated Doug on what was being painted, hadn't told Doug that one wall would be done in semi-gloss and hadn't insured that the site was ready for painting; Doug's pro-active approach caught the problems and kept the project on schedule. The one thing the remodeling company got right was hiring Doug Jenkins Painting and I plan on using his company in the future.
I have used Doug many times over the past several years, and he is absolutely my painter of choice. Doug is the consummate professional. His work is of the highest caliber; his prices are extremely reasonable; his work is always completed on time and on budget -- and he is just a really likable guy! I recommend Doug without hesitation. If you choose Doug as your painter, you won't be disappointed.
We have almost 3,000 sq ft of paint-able walls and ceilings. I LOVE color and use 3-4 per room, including the ceilings. I have always painted our rooms myself, but after having to lift and raise the foundation and faced with doing the entire house all over again and all at once....well my husband suggested we call Doug Jenkins as we had just gotten a flyer in the mail. I can NOT believe I had never called a painter before! Doug was so kind, thorough, professional, fast, reasonably priced AND clean! He followed my color choices to the letter, every wall and ceiling was painted perfectly and in the right color, and they were so FAST! We had our new radiant floor heating tubes exposed and they took such care to keep things protected. We have already recommended Doug to everyone we know and will use him for all of our future projects! You won't regret calling Doug!
Doug has painted many times for me in the last four years. Doug is an awesome painter. He's always on time. He's affordable, reliable, has good suggestions and he is neat and clean. I have referred him to friends of mine and they have liked his work. I will use Doug in the near future.
