Summit Hill Apartments

This property changed ownership and management early-mid 2020 and has since drastically improved! I’ve lived here a little over a year and a half and ever since the new management took over it’s been a positive experience overall. Great communication with tenants and the management as a whole is much more involved with the property & community. I’ve noticed a big improvement in property common area cleaning/maintenance. When needed maintenance requests have been handled promptly, professionally and they have been happy to work with my special medical needs for Covid precautions when entering my unit. Complex amenities are a bit sparse compared to some other apartment communities but that allows for lower pricing compared to other comparable properties in the area.

Ignore any reviews older than 10-12 months -- now that Summit Hill is under new management, the quality of life has gotten much better. Their management team is responsive and pro-active and they were willing to help me with a short-term extension on my lease while purchasing a new home.

I haven't moved in yet but the leasing process has been awesome and I am a first time renter. Everyone in the leasing office has been very kind, helpful, and very responsive. They have also answered all of my questions with no problem and based on my virtual tour the apartments look great! I would recommend people to stay there.

My wife and I have had a great experience with Summit Hill Madison. The ladies in the leasing office are a pleasure to work with, and we couldn’t be more thankful for their professionalism. Great location with great staff.
