Thank you so very much! Beth and her co-worker (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name through my hysteria) were amazing. They managed to help me change my car, part of the way through my cross country trip after my tire exploded. Beth worked her magic and got us back on the road to home. Thank you so much. You both are so very kind and I appreciate everything.

this is far and away the best hertz location I have ever used. they are quick and extremely friendly. manager jessica goes out of her way to accommodate my frequent visits and always maintains her positive attitude. other hertz locations should take training from jessica and her employees

Signed up for the Rewards card and set up online reservation. Got the car fairly quickly too. MSN airport is small and all the rental counters are at the end of the building. While in line I took note how others did returns. Basically you tell them the odometer reading and if the tank is full or not, hand over the key and your off. Pretty simple and fast.

Always have great service at my local Hertz and away. Got exactly what I reserved when I reserved it. Easy pick up and drop off. Will recommend and use again. Thank you
