Joseph was great. He got me everything I needed. He labeled on the boxes which ones were front and rear and left and right. And he helped me load it all in my car.

Joseph just taught me everything about headlights, and I got exactly what I needed AND told me what he was doing as he was doing it without making me feel stupid. This was awesome and I appreciate all the help.

I went in to get a replacement headlamp for my SUV, which seemed like an easy DIY install instead of going to a service center/dealer and paying $$$. However, I wasn’t sure which lamp to get so I got Derek the manager to come out and look at my car, pick out the correct one, check out AND he installed it for no charge in less than 5 minutes.

In today’s world where customer service is nonexistent, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I left with a smile on my face and money saved in my bank account. I’ll definitely be back.
