I was in a minor accident and called J. Robb's Am Fam office. Angela Bartle was quick to give me my options, stayed on the line with me as we filed a claim with the opposing insurance company, gave me tips, and made sure I understood where the process was at. She is amazing! Thank you so much for making this process just a little better.

My wife was hit by another driver. (His Fault) Jon and Jean were both very helpful helping us through the process of dealing with the other ins. company and getting the matter settled so we could be off and running with a new vehicle. I would say they went above and beyond what I would expect from any Agency. Great service and a real people approach to doing business.
