The Shoe Box

Second time I had a great experience with The Shoe Box! I was visiting the area and went there with a local friend for the first time in August. They have a great selection & great prices, so I found some boots. I had great customer service and liked the boots so much I wanted another pair in a different color. I decided to call a couple weeks back & they shipped them pretty quickly to New York where I live. On the receipt they even wrote a nice little note appreciating my business. Now that's a company I'll continue to support! Thank you!

I recently bought a boot directly from the Danner website for a holiday gift. While it was shipping, I found out I ordered a 1/2 size too small. In a desperate attempt to get the right boot in time for Christmas, I called The Shoe Box explaining my situation and if I could swap the new/unopened boot for the correct size from them. They said they'd be able to do that for me, and a weight was lifted off my shoulders. So much anxiety gone! The associates are amazing. Thank you Shoe Box!!!!!

This was such an unexpected stop on our way back to Chicago. This place felt like back in the 90s and it was still so busy and full of choices. All your shoes needs! Loved the experience and the feel and memories this place brought back.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help you find the perfect shoes. Shoes is plural because you will leave with more than one pair. The selection is ludicrous.
